We tend to silo our aspirations, decisions, and ideas into neat, comfortable compartments. There’s nothing wrong with boundaries — they help us manage our lives. But when we start to silo people and their potential, we isolate what doesn’t ‘fit,’ avoid new solutions, and stigmatize growth. We reduce the stigma by leading with compassion and practicing mindfulness.
